Raith Rovers earned their 12th draw in 27 Scottish Championship matches to prevent Partick Thistle taking their place in the play-offs.
Jamie MacDonald foiled Stephen Hendrie, Ross Docherty and Alex Jakubiak, and Brian Graham went close, as Thistle had the better of the chances.
Sam Stanton and Dario Zanatta had the best of the hosts' opportunities as their winless run extended to 10.
Thistle are just one point behind in fifth having played three games fewer.
