Michael McKenna's header capped Arbroath's comeback from 3-1 down

Michael McKenna's 14th of the season gave Arbroath a point in a six-goal thriller against Raith Rovers - but they lost further ground on Scottish Championship leaders Kilmarnock.

Jack Hamilton blasted the hosts ahead within a minute before Matej Poplatnik exploited a mistake to level then teed up Aidan Connolly to give Raith a lead.

Ethon Varian's fine strike looked to have given John McGlynn's men breathing space, but Dale Hilson glanced in a header and McKenna nodded in after Jack Hamilton's header hit the crossbar.

Second-place Arbroath now trail Kilmarnock - who beat Partick Thistle 2-1 - by four points but are six clear of Inverness Caledonian thistle in third.

Raith remain fiifth, two points behind Partick Thistle who occupy the final promotion play-off spot.
