Matej Poplatnik's late strike against Partick Thistle breathed new life into Raith Rovers' hopes of a Scottish Championship promotion play-off spot.

The striker side-footed his 11th of the season high into the net after being found by Aidan Connolly in the box.

It means there are three points between Thistle and the Kirkcaldy side with two matches remaining.

Raith goalkeeper Jamie MacDonald had kept Thistle at bay in the first half with saves from Brian Graham efforts.
