Raith Rovers 2-1 Greenock Morton: Hosts hold on for first win of campaign
- Published
Liam Dick and Aidan Connolly scored against Morton as Raith Rovers got off the mark in the Scottish Championship.
The Kirkcaldy side had gone over four games without scoring until Dick headed Connolly's cross into the top corner.
Great work down the left side by Jamie Gullan then led to Connolly's fine strike high into the net.
Cameron Blues glanced in Robbie Muirhead's free-kick to bring Morton back into it but the Greenock side couldn't force an equaliser.
