Partick Thistle 2-1 Raith Rovers: Hosts keep pressure on leaders Ayr United
- Published
Partick Thistle moved to within a point of Championship leaders Ayr United after holding off a spirited Raith Rovers fightback.
Scott Tiffoney scored early and, after Harry Milne had a goal disallowed, Steven Lawless added a second.
Ethan Ross responded instantaneously with a wonderful curling finish, but he would miss an opportunity to equalise.
Substitute Kyle Connell also went close to a leveller, but his shot clipped off a post.
