Briton Ferry Llansawel, who are second in the Cymru South, progressed 8-7 on penalties against Buckley Town, who are fifth in the Cymru North.
Holywell Town won 2-1 at Cymru North rivals Guilsfield.
Ardal Leagues South West outfit Penydarren BGC are the lowest-ranked team left in the competition and they will be looking to repeat their exploits of 2018 when they reached the last eight.
But their game at Cwmbran Celtic of the Cymru South fell victim to the poor recent weather and will be rescheduled.
