Omar Bogle's double saw Newport twice come from behind to earn a point against Stevenage and extend their unbeaten run to three games.

The visitors were ahead when Kane Smith's through ball found Luke Norris, who slotted home.

County levelled as Bogle got on the end of Priestly Farquharson's knock down.

Jordan Roberts' volley restored Stevenage's lead but Bogle secured a point with a spot kick after he had been fouled.

County are 18th in League Two while Stevenage are second.

Newport County manager Graham Coughlan said:

"It was certainly entertaining, that's for sure. We looked a little bit jaded and tired at times but I thought we had character and resilience and at times we played some decent stuff against a top, top team.

"To go an try and win it at the end with four forwards on the pitch probably indicates how far we've come individually and collectively.

"I'm really proud of the group and the effort that they put in tonight. They ran through brick walls again."
