  • Published

Greenock Morton moved within two points of a Scottish Championship play-off spot as they secured a 1-0 win against Raith Rovers.

A second-minute header from Alex King helped Dougie Imrie's capitalise on Ayr United and Partick Thistle dropping points.

Ian Murray's side were reduced to nine men in the closing five minutes when both Thomas Lang and Lewis Vaughan picked up second yellow cards.

Raith Rovers remain seventh with two games remaining.
