Charlotte Grant: Tottenham sign Australia defender from Swedish side Vittsjo

Tottenham have signed Australia defender Charlotte Grant from Sweden's Vittsjo GIK on a contract until 2026.
The 22-year-old full-back has 21 international caps and was in the Australia squad beaten by England in last summer's World Cup semi-final.
She is Tottenham's second signing of 2024, following the arrival of Sweden attacking midfielder Matilda Vinberg.
Grant could face Sheffield United in the Women's FA Cup in Tottenham's next game on 14 January.
Grant, who began her career with hometown club Adelaide United, moved to Sweden with Rosengard in 2021 and subsequently joined rivals Vittsjo permanently at the start of last year after an initial loan move.
She scored her first Australia goal in their victory over England in Brentford in April 2023.
