Taylor Gardner-Hickman & Scott Twine: Bristol City sign West Brom and Burnley midfielders

Scott Twine scored four goals in his 26 games on loan at Hull City this season

Bristol City have signed Taylor Gardner-Hickman on a permanent deal from West Brom until the summer of 2027 and Burnley midfielder Scott Twine on loan until the end of the season.

Gardner-Hickman, 22, has made 24 appearances since joining the Ashton Gate side on loan in August.

Twine played under Robins boss Liam Manning at MK Dons in 2021-22.

The Clarets recalled the 24-year-old from a season-long loan at Hull City, where he scored four times in 26 games.

Meanwhile, Bristol City forward Andreas Weimann has moved to West Brom on loan for the rest of the season.

"Taylor has been fantastic for us in his application and output and I'm delighted we have been able to secure his services on a permanent basis," Bristol City head coach Liam Manning told the club website., external
