Morgan Whittaker: Plymouth Argyle forward 'desperate to stay' at Home Park

Morgan Whittaker is "desperate to stay" at Plymouth Argyle despite being linked with a Premier League move, says Pilgrims head coach Ian Foster.
Foster says he is not aware of any bids for the 23-year-old.
West Ham, Fulham and Brentford are rumoured to be tracking the forward,, external who has scored 15 goals in 29 appearances this season.
"He recognises what he's done for the club, but [also] what the club has done for him," Foster told BBC Radio Devon.
"We've afforded him the opportunity to play at this level regularly and then Morgan has shown exactly what he's capable of.
"I think he'll be here on Saturday, I think he'll be here the following Saturday and I'm sure he'll be here the Saturday after.
"I don't think the club would blink unless it was an offer that would take your breath away."
Argyle broke their transfer record in January when they signed Whittaker from Swansea City for a deal worth about £1m, plus add-ons.
Having impressed on loan in the first half of last season Whittaker has gone on to be one of the standout talents in the Championship this season, with five assists in the league to add to the goals he has scored.
"When somebody of his age is playing at the level he's playing at, it's always going to attract the speculation," added Foster.
"We're not interested in selling Morgan in this window, unless somebody comes in with something either sublime or ridiculous.
"We control the controllables. Nobody's made an offer to sign him so we continue doing what we're doing.
"Even if offers do come in we'd be encouraging them to stay away and we want to keep him."
