League Two side Gillingham have signed Watford striker Jorge Cabezas Hurtado on loan until the end of the season.

The Kent club have also signed forward Josh Andrews on a permanent deal from Birmingham for an undisclosed fee.

The 22-year-old frontman scored six goals in 22 games on loan at Accrington in the first half of this season.

The duo join with Stephen Clemence's Gillingham 10th in the fourth tier, two points off the play-off spots, but with just 25 goals from 28 league games.

Andrews told the Gills website, external: "I am looking forward to getting started. You want to join a club with a plan, this club clearly has that and I'm on board."

Hurtado, a 20-year-old Colombian, had been on loan at New York Red Bulls, playing five games.

Last season, he spent time on loan in his home country with Independiente Medellin, making 10 appearances.

Earlier on deadline day, striker Macauley Bonne left the Gills to join League One Cambridge United on loan.
