Ipswich Town Women to play at Portman Road for first time

Joe Sheehan was appointed manager of Ipswich Town Women in February 2019
Ipswich Town are to play a home game in the women's National League at Portman Road for the first time.
The Southern Premier Division match against Chatham Town will take place on Saturday, 23 March at the home of the men's side since 1884.
Third-tier Town are fifth in the table and usually play their home games at Felixstowe & Walton United.
Boss Joe Sheehan said the game promised to be a "memorable occasion".
"We're excited to be playing a league game at Portman Road for the first time - we hope it will be a catalyst for more positive change, inspiring and providing further opportunities for young players in the future," he said., external
Rachel Harris, general manager of the women's side, described the fixture as "a significant milestone" and "an important step forward" for the team.
All four stands at Portman Road will be open for the game next month.
