Hibernian have signed goalkeeper Raphael Sallinger from Austrian Bundesliga side TSV Hartberg.
The 29-year-old kept 12 clean sheets in 38 appearances last season as his side reached the Austrian cup final, and Hibs confirmed they have paid an undisclosed fee his services.
Sallinger, who has agreed a three-year deal, had a spell in Germany with Kaiserslautern but did not play regularly, and has spent the rest of his career in his native Austria.
He will join Jordan Smith as the first-team goalkeepers in David Gray's squad, which will start the new season in the Europa League second qualifying round.
"He's a talented goalkeeper that has a number of positive attributes, and he performed excellently in the Austrian Bundesliga last season," Gray said.
"He will provide healthy competition in the goalkeeping department, which will benefit him and Jordan Smith."
