One reader asked: Do you think Kyle Walker still has something to offer top-flight clubs like Everton?
Phil replied: I think he could offer Premier League clubs something, but not sure he is what Everton want or need as they try move into a new era with a new stadium and ambitious new owners in The Friedkin Group.
Walker, at 35, is near the end of his career but a club needing experience and a leader with a big voice and presence in the dressing room could be tempted.
