QPR goalkeeper Joe Walsh has signed a new contract with the Championship club.

Walsh, 23, has made seven first-team appearances for Rangers since being signed from Gillingham in January 2021.

He spent the second half of the 2023-24 campaign on loan at Accrington Stanley.

Walsh stayed at Loftus Road last season to act as back-up to first-choice keeper Paul Nardi, but is keen to play more.

"I want to play games of football. I want to experience that week in, week out," he told the club website., external

"By playing games, I'll learn more. That's my goal."
