Bournemouth midfielder Gonzalez joins Crawley on loan

Michael Dacosta Gonzalez has played for Bournemouth's youth teams and represented Spain at under-19 level

Bournemouth midfielder Michael Dacosta Gonzalez has joined Crawley Town on a season-long loan.

The 19-year-old was born in Alicante and has represented Spain at under-19 level.

"I was supposed to do preseason with Bournemouth, but the loan opportunity was too good to turn down, so I am here now, and I can’t wait to get started and get playing," he told the club's website.

Gonzalez becomes Crawley's eighth signing of the summer, following the club's promotion to League One.
