Harrogate sign winger Smith from Maidenhead

Harrogate Town manager Simon Weaver has made his sixth signing of the summer in Reece Smith

Harrogate Town have signed winger Reece Smith from Maidenhead United on a two-year deal.

Smith, 23, made over 150 appearances for Maidenhead, and scored seven goals with 10 assists last season.

He follows Shawn McCoulsky in moving from the National League South club to Yorkshire to work under boss Simon Weaver.

"I had a really good connection with Shawn on the pitch last season and that's hopefully something I can bring to Harrogate." Smith told the club website.

Harrogate have also signed Jack Evans, Lewis Cass, Mason Bennett and Tom Bradbury.
