Carlisle bring in Wednesday midfielder Fusire

All four of Sean Fusire's (left) appearances for Sheffield Wednesday this season have come in the EFL Cup

Carlisle United have signed Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Sean Fusire on loan until the end of the season.

The 19-year-old has made four appearances for the Owls this season, all in the EFL Cup.

Fursire is the fifth player to join the Cumbrians, who are bottom of the EFL, this month after Will Patching, Elliot Embleton, Callum Whelan and Cedwyn Scott.

"Sean is a very exciting player. He's dynamic, young, and hungry to impress. He fits perfectly with our principles," boss Mike Williamson told the club website.
