Wycombe Wanderers signed out-of-contract Shrewsbury Town striker Dan Udoh and MK Dons left-back Daniel Harvie, for an undisclosed fee.
The details of the length of contract for either player have not been disclosed.
Nigeria-born Udoh, 27, who had been offered a new deal by Shrewsbury, scored 38 goals in his five seasons at Oteley Road.
In a club statement, Shrewsbury said they were "disappointed to confirm Dan Udoh has turned down the offer of a new contract. Negotiations with the forward began last August with the club going on to meet his demands in terms of wages and a three-year contract. But Dan has opted to leave after being offered more money elsewhere."
Harvie, 25, spent four years at Stadium MK, scoring three goals in 43 appearances last season as the Dons reached the League Two play-offs.
Wycombe have now made five summer signings, having already brought in defender Alex Hartridge, goalkeeper Nathan Bishop and midfielder Tyreeq Bakinson.
Boss Matt Bloomfield said: “Dan Udoh has got a great eye for goal and works extremely hard. He’s been a handful for our defence whenever we’ve come up against him down the years and we’ve been tracking his progress for some time.
"Daniel Harvie was one of the best left-backs and wing-backs in League One for a couple of years and has also shown he can play wide of a back three."
Wycombe will start the new season with a trip to promoted Wrexham on 10 August before taking on relegated Birmingham City in their first home league fixture seven days later.
