Cymru Premier: Saints beat Caernarfon to extend lead at top

Caernarfon Town 0-1 The New Saints: Champions Saints extended their lead at the top of the Cymru Premier with a narrow 1-0 win at Caernarfon Town.
Adam Wilson's first half goal proved enough for Saints to win their game in hand and to extend their lead to nine points over second placed Penybont.

The New Saints 4-0 Penybont: Reigning champions The New Saints secured a vital win in their bid to keep hold of their title with a comfortable 4-0 victory over nearest rivals Penybont.
Danny Davies' excellent looping header - his sixth goal of the season – gave Saints a 10th minute lead at Park Hall.
Craig Harrison's side doubled their lead nine minutes after the break when from Adam Wilson's cross, Aramide Oteh netted from close range for his fourth goal in four games.
Ryan Brobbel found the top corner with an excellent free-kick to extend the home side's lead just after the hour mark.
Ben Clark capitalised on a defensive mistake to seal victory with a fine individual finish three minutes from time and give Saints a seventh consecutive win.
Victory means Saints are six points clear of second placed Penybont, who are without a win in three games in phase two.
Caernarfon Town 1-1 Haverfordwest County: Ben Fawcett's clinical finish gave Haverfordwest a ninth minute lead but that was cancelled out by Louis Lloyd's equaliser midway through the first half. County remain third while Caernarfon are fifth.
Cardiff Met 2-1 Bala Town: Cardiff Met are up to fourth after victory at home to Bala. Elliot Evans gave the hosts the lead after five minutes, George Newell got Bala back on level terms a minute after the break but within three minutes Ryan Reynolds scored what was to be Cardiff Met's winner.

Flint Town United 2-0 Aberystwyth Town: Flint moved six points clear of the relegation zone with victory over bottom of the table Aber at the Essity Stadium.
Elliott Reeves's sixth goal of the season gave the hosts the lead early in the second half before Jake Phillips wrapped up the win with 13 minutes remaining.

Connah's Quay Nomads 0-1 Briton Ferry Llansawel: Briton Ferry secured a big away win against Connah's Quay to give them some breathing space in the race to stay in the Cymru Premier. Captain Alex Gammond's second half goal gave Andrew Dyer's side the three points.
Newtown 1-1 Barry Town United: Aaron Williams rescued a point for struggling Newtown with 20 minutes remaining against Barry Town at Latham Park. Ollie Hulbert had given the visitors a first half lead against the side who are second from bottom of the table.
