Goudmijn relishes 'high expectations' at Derby

Kenzo Goudmijn says he welcomes the high expectations placed on him at Derby County and insists he will only get better with time.
The 22-year-old midfielder has been quick to make impression with the Rams, and only the woodwork denied him his first goal for the club in their Carabao Cup win against League Two side Chesterfield on Tuesday.
Dutchman Goudmijn, who moved to English football from Eredivisie side AZ Alkmaar in July, made his competitive debut in Derby's opening-day defeat by Blackburn.
"I don't mind the bar being put high," Goudmijn told BBC Radio Derby.
"I like it, really. I do it myself as well.
"I'm 22, it's not like I'm 19. I'm still young and I've got a lot to learn, but I have played a lot of games so expecting a lot from me is no problem."

Goudmijn's move to England's second tier comes after he spent much of the past two campaigns on loan with Excelsior, who were last season relegated from the Dutch top flight.
He has previously spoken about listening to his "heart and head" when choosing to move his career abroad, and admits he is still coming to grips with the English game.
"Of course there are a lot of differences and I feel like I'm a player that likes to understand the football then can hopefully excel, which is what I think I can do," he said.
"And by getting used to it, it does not mean I'm not able to play it right now. Understanding how the football is played will only help me get better.
"I'm from Holland and we all like to play tactical, good football and like being on the ball.
"Even the lower teams like to be on the ball and build up, and here there is more physical power in most of the squads and the pace is really fast.
"When I get used to this more, I can bring my own qualities in more."
