John McGlynn admits there are nerves as Falkirk seek to seal the Scottish Championship title - but he believes his side have the confidence to get over the line.
Falkirk top the division table with two matches left to play and a win over Partick Thistle in Friday's BBC Scotland live match would move McGlynn's side to within a point of clinching successive promotions.
The Bairns have stumbled in recent weeks. Last week they relinquished a 1-0 lead over Raith Rovers after a Sean Mackie sending off to eventually lose 3-1. The week before they let a 1-0 lead slip at Ayr United as the match finished 1-1.
However, McGlynn insists he sees no sign of nerves on the pitch.
"You couldn't tell in our play because we've been very comfortable in both games," he said.
"We played very well. Didn't necessarily kill off any of the two teams. We had the opportunities. Out of nowhere we've managed to drop points. It really came from nowhere last week.
"When it gets to getting over the line there's always a little bit of anxiety. I don't think you would be a human being if you didn't have some little bit of nerves. It's got to be natural till you get over that line.
"But we've got loads of confidence. The team has been fantastic to be where they are, to come up [after] five years in League One, get up and to have led the league for the vast, vast majority of it and still to be in this position. It's not easy always being out in the front for as long as we have."

Martindale 'will have his Partick scarf on'
McGlynn expects a tough encounter away to a Thistle side who are fighting to remain in the play-offs.
"It's a must win for both teams," McGlynn explained. "Because of that, it's going to be an entertaining game. I'm sure they'll be a little bit apprehensive as well, having been fourth position in the league all season virtually."
Another Falkirk stumble could further open the door for Livingston. They are three points behind Falkirk with two games left to play, albeit with an inferior goal difference.
Manager David Martindale admits he will be a very interested viewer on Friday evening.
"I watch every Championship game, even last year to be fair," he said. "So, definitely watching it. I will have my Partick Thistle scarf on. It'll be a good game of football.
"I expect Falkirk to be the league winners, whether that comes tomorrow night or whether it comes next Friday night."
Livingston are away to Hamilton Academical on Saturday and Martindale says Friday's result could impact his team selection for the final two matches of the season with the play-offs the most likely route for a Livingston return to the top flight.
"I thought we had the best squad in the league. I still stand by that in all honesty when I talk about the squad numbers, in terms of that squad depth. So we've got a couple of players walking a tight rope with suspensions.
"There's two big league games coming up, but let's be honest, we're in the play-offs, we're second, guaranteed. So I've got to have one eye on what's best for the football club at this point."
