Leeds have sent highly-rated teenager Charlie Crew on loan to Doncaster Rovers for the remainder of the season.
The 18-year-old midfielder, who has already made his international debut for Wales, will join up with the League Two side in order to further his development.
And Rovers boss Grant McCann was in no doubt the Cardiff-born player, who signed a four-year deal with Leeds in 2022, can give a real boost to Rovers' promotion hopes.
"He's an exceptional young talent. I actually watched Charlie last year in the FA Youth Cup when Leeds played Liverpool at Elland Road and on that night he stood out," McCann told the club website, external.
"He's developed so much since then, making his debut for Leeds and at international level with Wales."
Crew made his senior debut for the national team last June against Gibraltar and was first called up into the U21 squad at the age of just 16.
"We feel like we're getting a very good player and hopefully we can help him in his development and his growth," said McCann. "We thank Leeds for supporting us on it."
