Bala Town 1-0 Colwyn Bay: Dominic McGiveron's early goal was enough for the hosts as they saw off Colwyn Bay.

Barry Town United 2-3 Penybont: Noah Daley completed his hat-trick to seal a dramatic win for Penybont at local rivals Barry Town United. Callum Sainty opened for Barry with Daley striking twice to put the visitors ahead. Ryan Kavanagh equalised for the hosts, but Daley sent in his third as the clock ticked away.

Flint Town United 2-5 Caernarfon Town: Paulo Mendes' brace helped Caernarfon Town hammer hosts Flint Town United. The hosts' Jake Canavan and Mendes exchanged the openers with Zack Clarke putting the visitors ahead before Elliott Reeves levelled. But after Iwan Lewis put Caernarfon ahead before added his second with Adam Davies adding their fifth.

Haverfordwest County 2-2 Cardiff Met: Ben Ahmun and Corey Shephard gave the hosts hope of seeing off the visitors to west Wales, but goals from Jasper Payne 2-1, and Ryan Reynolds ensured the spoils were shared.

Llanelli Town 2-4 Briton Ferry: Danny Williams and Ethan Cann got the hosts off to a strong start, but four unanswered goals gave the visitors the initiative with Thomas Walters and Corey Hurford striking to level by the break. Ruben Davies added the third and Walters his second to seal victory.

The New Saints 3-0 Connah's Quay Nomads: Jordan Williams hit the target with the first and final TNS goals with Ben Wilson's effort sandwiched in between as the hosts made light work of Nomads' challenge.
