Corrie Ndaba has returned to Kilmarnock on a three-year deal following a successful loan spell last season.
The Irish defender leaves Ipswich Town for an undisclosed fee, having been with the newly-promoted Premier League club since 2016.
Ndaba made 37 appearances for Kilmarnock, helping the club finish fourth in the Premiership.
"It’s always Kilmarnock I wanted to come to," the 24-year-old told the Ayrshire club's website.
"Other teams were interested but obviously I have a good relationship with the manager and speaking to him helped me decide this is a good step in my career and can help me push forward.
"Last season was the best of my career, we had a really good year and obviously qualified for Europe, I hope we can do that again."
Kilmarnock visit Cercle Bruges for the second leg of their Europa League qualifier on Thursday after drawing 1-1 at Rugby Park last week.
