Truro City want to extend Oxlade-Chamberlain loan

Truro City manager John Askey hopes he can extend Christian Oxlade-Chamberlain's loan spell.
The 26-year-old defender moved to Truro from Kidderminster Harriers in August on a three-month deal, which was extended until the end of this month.
He is the brother of former England and Liverpool player Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and the son of former England winger Mark Chamberlain.
He has played in every game this season for the Tinners, who are sixth in National League South.
"In the majority of them he's been as good a player as we've had," Askey told BBC Radio Cornwall.
"He's been a good signing, and we just hope that we can keep Christian here for longer.
"He's a big part of how we play. He does bring the ball out of defence well, and not only defensively is he vital for us, but in an attacking sense as well.
"He's been pivotal in what we've been doing, so hopefully we can keep him fit now until the end of the season."
