Summary

  1. Postpublished at 15:14 British Summer Time

    Dungannon Swifts 0-0 Carrick Rangers

Once again Paul Heatley finds space down the left hand side, and once again his shot on goal is a tame one.

In fairness to Heatley the ball didn't sit quite right for him, but his shot is more like a pass to Patrick Solis Grogan in the Swifts goal.

  2. Postpublished at 15:13 British Summer Time

    Coleraine 0-0 Linfield

Coleraine have been on the back foot pretty much from the off but they come within inches of breaking the deadlock in the 10th minutes.

Good build-up play down their left releases Dean Jarvis, who tries his luck from distance with his favoured left foot.

His effort across the front of Chris Johns' goal is just needing a touch, Matthew Shevlin is unable to oblige, sliding in at the far post.

  3. Postpublished at 15:13 British Summer Time

    Glentoran 0-0 Glenavon

The game is still settling here at the Oval. Glenavon are looking comfortable in possession but so far most of that has been in their own half. Glentoran are pressing for a way into this one.

  4. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 15:13 British Summer Time

    Portadown 0-0 Ballymena United

Portadown are forced into an early change as Gary Thompson stays down following a half-cleared corner.

The midfielder receives a lengthy spell of treatment before eventually going off, although happily, he is able to walk off unassisted.

He is replaced by Luke Wilson.

  5. Postpublished at 15:12 British Summer Time

    Loughgall 0-0 Crusaders

Kieran Offord and Ross Clarke link up on the right wing with Clarke's delivery causing a scramble in the box before falling to Harry Franklin, whose attempted overhead kick is off target.

Crusaders are starting to dominate this game.

  6. Postpublished at 15:11 British Summer Time

    Dungannon Swifts 0-0 Carrick Rangers

Paul Heatley has the first shot of the game, but it is a rather tame one that is comfortably saved by Patrick Solis Grogan in the Dungannon goal.

Some nice footwork from the lively winger, but a weak strike in the end.

  7. Postpublished at 15:09 British Summer Time

    Dungannon Swifts 0-0 Carrick Rangers

It's been a fairly end-to-end game so far at Stangmore Park without any threat of a goal.

The home side look the more likely of the two in the opening stages, but neither side have mustered up a clear-cut chance as of yet.

  8. Postpublished at 15:08 British Summer Time

    Coleraine 0-0 Linfield

A moment of concern for the hosts as Kirk Millar's free-kick is headed wide of the far post by Euan East.

The Bannsiders struggling to get out of their own half.

  9. Postpublished at 15:07 British Summer Time

    Loughgall 0-0 Crusaders

Loughgall are awarded the first corner of the game, but no one in a blue shirt can connect with Conor McCloskey's delivery.

It's been a lively start to the match but neither stopper has had to make a save as of yet.

  10. Postpublished at 15:06 British Summer Time

    Coleraine 0-0 Linfield

It's been all Linfield in the opening stages, the home side yet to settle.

  11. Postpublished at 15:06 British Summer Time

    Portadown 0-0 Ballymena United

The visitors should be in front inside the first five minutes.

Ballymena work the ball down the right and Donal Rocks' cross drops invitingly onto the head of Ben Kennedy but the in-form attacker's header from six yards goes over.

He has certainly scored more difficult chances than that one during his current hot streak.

  12. Postpublished at 15:04 British Summer Time

    Glentoran 0-0 Glenavon

David McDaid with the first effort of the game for Glenavon, a stinging drive from 20 yards, but Daniel Gyollai gets behind it to save well in the Glentoran goal. Hopefully a sign of things to come.

  13. Postpublished at 15:03 British Summer Time

    Coleraine 0-0 Linfield

    Early chance for Linfield.

A long punt forward from goalkeeper Chris Johns causes panic in the home defence.

Linfield's main man Joel Cooper is immediately on to the ball but his left foot effort from just inside the penalty area lacks power and is easily saved by Rory Brown in the home goal.

  14. KICK-OFFpublished at 15:01 British Summer Time

    Loughgall 0-0 Crusaders

    We're underway at Lakeview Park.

Can Loughgall pick up their first three points since the opening game of the season or will Crusaders put an end to their run of three defeats in a row?

  15. KICK-OFFpublished at 15:01 British Summer Time

    Coleraine 0-0 Linfield

Ciaron Harkin gets us underway at a packed Coleraine Showgrounds.

  16. KICK-OFFpublished at 15:00 British Summer Time

    Glentoran 0-0 Glenavon

The battle of the Glens is underway at the Oval courtesy of David McDaid of Glenavon.

  17. KICK-OFFpublished at 15:00 British Summer Time

    Portadown 0-0 Ballymena United

Referee Ross Dunlop blows his whistle and Ben Kennedy starts the action for Ballymena.

There has been a goal scored after the 90-minute mark in each of the four league games played at Shamrock Park this season.

Will there be more late drama today?

  18. KICK-OFFpublished at 14:59 British Summer Time

    Dungannon Swifts 0-0 Carrick Rangers

Off we go at Stangmore Park.

The hosts are unbeaten at home this season and welcome a Carrick Rangers side who have lost seven in a row.

Which way will this one go?

  19. Team newspublished at 14:55 British Summer Time

  20. 'We came out fighting' - Larne coach Haveronpublished at 14:51 British Summer Time

    Fri: Cliftonville 1-3 Larne

Larne first team coach Gary Haveron praised how the Invermen "came out fighting and got what we deserved in the end" in Friday's 3-1 win over Cliftonville at Solitude.

The back-to-back champions trailed 1-0 at the break as a result of Rory Donnelly's goal but battled back after the interval with Tomas Cosgrove's equaliser, an Andy Ryan penalty and Paul O'Neill's goal.

"At half-time the gaffer didn't miss them. He made it clear that the first half was nothing like us, but the second half, that first 15 minutes, was exactly what he asked for - that hunger, that desire, getting forward and getting after them and we blew them away in that first 15 minutes," said Haveron.

The former Carrick Rangers and Glentoran manager found it difficult to provide an explanation for Larne's under-par showing in the first 45 minutes.

"It’s hard to put your finger on it, we have played a lot of games in a short period of time and there were big changes made from Tuesday night but we were lacklustre, they were hungrier and first to every ball and caused us problems.

"But that is why we are champions - we picked ourselves up off the canvass, came out fighting and got what we deserved in the end."
