    Rangers 0-0 Queen's Park

Vaclav Cerny whips a corner to the front post and Hamza Igamane rises to meet it, powering a header at goal, but Calum Ferrie turns it over.

Best chance of the second half.

It's worth pointing out that, with the exception of Jack Butland, this is now a full-strength Rangers side.

    Rangers 0-0 Queen's Park

Ridvan Yilmaz and John Souttar are onto the pitch for Rangers, with Rafael Fernandez and Ianis Hagi replaced.

Vaclav Cerny was shouting something at the bench as that change was made. There are tremors of discontent here at Ibrox.

That was a big moment for Queen's Park

You can sense it, Rangers have given away four or five passes without any pressure. We've got a game on now.

    Rangers 0-0 Queen's Park

Queen's Park have their first chance!

The ball comes down the left to set Ryan Duncan free, and his cross is just a little too far in front of Kyle Hurst in the box.

What a moment that could have been!

Rangers have lost their way the last few minutes. I actually think Queen's Park are starting to grow in confidence now.

The crowd have gone a little bit quiet as well. They just have to gather themselves.

    Rangers 0-0 Queen's Park

Another ball to the right-hand side picks out Vaclav Cerny. He pulls back for Nico Raskin, whose fresh air swipe allows the ball to fall to Hamza Igamane on the edge of the box, but he blasts over.

They're making chance after chance but keep squandering them.

  7. Postpublished at 46 mins

    Rangers 0-0 Queen's Park

Mohamed Diomande picks out James Tavernier at the back post and his volley from less than six yards almost goes out for a throw.

Still no closer to hitting the target.

I think Bailey Rice was playing within himself at times. That's why they've made the change.

You have to go out and take your opportunity.

  9. KICK-OFF / SECOND-HALFpublished at 45 mins

    Rangers 0-0 Queen's Park

There's the confirmation that Dessers and Raskin replace Bailey Rice and Nedim Bajrami.

That seems a little harsh on the youngster.

For me, Raskin is a huge player for Rangers.

He's been their most consistent player since coming back into the team and is vital.

  11. Dessers joins Raskinpublished at 16:32 Greenwich Mean Time 9 February

    HT: Rangers 0-0 Queen's Park

Nico Raskin isn't the only man coming on. Cyriel Dessers, Rangers' top scorer this season, is also entering the fray.

There were times when Rangers were really sharp. They've got into good areas through good play, but it gets let down by the cross and the intensity falls.

That was either through good defending or a poor delivery.

  13. Raskin coming on for Rangerspublished at 16:28 Greenwich Mean Time 9 February

    HT: Rangers 0-0 Queen's Park

Nico Raskin is stripped and ready, having warmed up for almost the entirety of half-time. Not sure who he's replacing yet.

Queen's Park have defended heroically at times. You know you'll have periods like this at Ibrox, when you feel a goal coming.

There were two periods like that but the centre-backs have thrown themselves in front of shots.

  16. 'Well-drilled' Queen's Park impressingpublished at 16:22 Greenwich Mean Time 9 February

    HT: Rangers 0-0 Queen's Park

    Derek Ferguson
Former Rangers midfielder on BBC Sportsound

Queen's Park are so well drilled, a brilliant attitude. For long periods they haven't had the ball and they expected that. You've got to have that professionalism.

They've been excellent. They've gave Rangers a few opportunities at the start, but I've been very impressed defensively.

Attacking wise, they've not got forward but they've come here with a game plan and the fans will get restless at 0-0.

  17. HALF-TIME Rangers 0-0 Queen's Parkpublished at 16:18 Greenwich Mean Time 9 February

Queen's Park have survived until half-time without conceding.

That's come as somewhat of a miracle, given the pressure that Rangers have put them under, but the hosts' forward line has lacked a killer instinct at times.

That's not to say they've not come close. Calum Ferrie has made a few good saves and Jack Turner headed one off the line.

Surely the second-half will bring a goal?

A corner comes to Ianis Hagi steaming in at the back post but his shot is headed off the line by Jack Turner!

Queen's Park are hanging on by a thread.

Mohamed Diomande swivels in the box and his shot deflects just over and onto the roof of the net.

Here comes the corner from James Tavernier. It comes to Bailey Rice on the volley, deflects to Diomande, and he turns it round the post.

I don't know what Mauchin is doing but Rangers again don't capitalise.

They haven't carved out too many clear cut chances, they're all coming from Queen's Park mistakes.
