  1. Cheers for nowpublished at 18:02 British Summer Time 28 September

That's all from the first four Scottish Premiership games of the day. I'm sure you'll all be paying attention to the St Johnstone v Celtic game by now anyway.

Tomorrow, it's Rangers v Hibs at Ibrox.

  2. 'Win keeps feelgood factor going'published at 18:01 British Summer Time 28 September

    FT: Motherwell 2-1 St Mirren

Motherwell manager Stuart Kettlewell: "It was a rollercoaster.

"When you go a goal down, you start to see the reaction and the personality of the players.

"I understand the decision [to send off Dan Casey] but I felt that he got enough of his body down the line of it.

"We then relied on our goalkeeper massively after the penalty. What a moment for him. It's almost like a goal for him.

"In the end, the players stood tall. I thought they managed the game really well.

"It's a massive victory for us and it keeps that feelgood factor going."

  3. 'Sometimes you don’t get your rewards'published at 17:55 British Summer Time 28 September

    FT: Dundee 1-2 Aberdeen

Dundee manager Tony Docherty: "It’s not very often both managers say the better team lost. Fair play to Jimmy, he said after the game that we deserved more.

"I’m disappointed that’s our unbeaten run is done, but if I get that consistent level of performance from our players we will win more than we lose.

"Our level of performance was excellent, especially in the second half. We gifted them two goals. They had two shots on target, we had six. Sometimes you don’t get your rewards in a game. I’m gutted we didn’t win a game we deserved to win."

  4. Robinson not drawn on red cardpublished at 17:53 British Summer Time 28 September

    FT: Motherwell 2-1 St Mirren

St Mirren manager Stephen Robinson: "I thought we dominated large parts of the game. The disappointment is not creating enough when it went 10 v 10."

He then swerves a question on the second yellow card for Scott Tanser, saying: "We can only control what we are in control of and that is taking our chances."

  5. Aberdeen will 'stay humble' - Thelinpublished at 17:46 British Summer Time 28 September

    FT: Dundee 1-2 Aberdeen

Aberdeen manager Jimmy Thelin: "We are happy with that. But we don’t think or talk about it. We go game-by-game. It’s still September and the league stops in May, so we need to be humble, keep working and push ourselves and be better.

"Dundee are a really strong team. I am happy with our first half. But they controlled the game a little bit in the second and we defended really well, which is a big part of the game - to defend around our own box. All the players helped each other and the goalkeeper.

"We need to keep the good team spirit. How the players helped each other today was amazing to see."

  6. 'The story should have been about David Watson'published at 17:44 British Summer Time 28 September

    FT: Kilmarnock 3-3 Dundee United

Kilmarnock manager Derek McInnes: "The story should have been about David Watson, who was outstanding when he came on, he grabbed the game. We were so good for 35 minutes, a real Kilmarnock performance.

"Dundee United tried to force the issue and we need the composure to deal with that. At 3-1, we were in control but we let that authority go.

"We can do a lot better with the second goal and, from them being on the floor United think there might be something there for them, then we don't see out the dying embers."

  7. Goodwin conflicted after topsy-turvy drawpublished at 17:38 British Summer Time 28 September

    FT: Kilmarnock 3-3 Dundee United

Dundee United manager Jim Goodwin: "The players didn't give up. That's what I've got to be most proud of. Yes, we had to adapt and make changes but I always felt if we got the next goal at 3-1 it would be nervous for Kilmarnock.

"If you'd offered me a point before the game, I probably would have taken it because we know how difficult a venue this is, but, leading the game, you've got the feeling of is it two points dropped?

  8. Cowie 'proud' despite late lapsepublished at 17:37 British Summer Time 28 September

    FT: Hearts 1-1 Ross County

Ross County manager Don Cowie: "I'm seeing a group of players that are working ever so hard for each other, putting their bodies on the line.

"We see out that last corner, we go away with three points. It's not to be but I'm extremely proud of the group.

"I don't think it's ever in the bag. You've got to just keep going until that final whistle."

  9. 'The players kept going'published at 17:32 British Summer Time 28 September

    FT: Hearts 1-1 Ross County

Hearts interim head coach Liam Fox: "We're not celebrating a draw at home but the message I want to get across is that the players kept going right to the end.

"We can do better, we know that."

  10. 'Astonishing' second yellow for Tanserpublished at 17:27 British Summer Time 28 September

    FT: Motherwell 2-1 St Mirren

"It was emphatically not a second yellow for Scott Tanser," says BBC Scotland's chief sports writer on Sportsound.

Fellow pundit Leanne Crichton adds: "It's the furthest thing from a booking you'll ever see. Astonishing."

The St Mirren wing-back was certainly fuming as he trudged off and manager Stephen Robinson may have something to say on it.

  11. 'Fair' outcome in Rugby Park thrillerpublished at 17:23 British Summer Time 28 September

    FT: Kilmarnock 3-3 Dundee United

    Rory Loy
Former Dundee striker on BBC Sportsound

If you'd asked me at half-time who deserved to win, I'd have said Dundee United. If you'd asked me after an hour, I'd have said Kilmarnock. Ask me after 99 minutes and I think a draw is a fair result.

  12. 'Hearts threw the kitchen sink at County'published at 17:19 British Summer Time 28 September

    FT: Hearts 1-1 Ross County

    John Robertson
Former Hearts & Ross County manager on BBC Sportsound

Hearts threw the kitchen sink at County and then they threw Craig Gordon forward. The goalkeeper made a nuisance of himself for the equaliser.

There were still a lot of boos at full-time, a lot of frustration.

No doubt, Hearts deserved a point but you have to admire the resilience and sheer hard work of County.

St Johnstone v Celtic to come at 17:45, remember.

Those teams have a tough act to follow after an action-packed afternoon.

  18. FULL-TIME Kilmarnock 3-3 Dundee Unitedpublished at 17:07 British Summer Time 28 September

    What a game of football!

United were brilliant for the first 45 and incredible for the final 15 minutes.

Kilmarnock had their spells too, led by teenage talisman David Watson, who bagged two. Derek McInnes will feel more aggrieved, watching his side come back from behind only to blow a two-goal lead.

A real rollercoaster of an afternoon in Ayrshire.

  19. FULL-TIME Motherwell 2-1 St Mirrenpublished at 17:06 British Summer Time 28 September

    Time to catch a breath.

No goals in the second half but it certainly wasn't short of drama.

Both teams were reduced to 10 men, Mark O'Hara missed a penalty and Apostolos Stamatelopoulos missed a sitter.
