Morgan Cross' first-half goal had Celtic ahead at the break and they held on to their narrow lead until the 63rd minute when the hosts were awarded a penalty for handball.
Captain Hannah Stewart converted from the spot to level before Maria McAneny put Celtic back in front. Stewart scored her second of the game four minutes later to make it 2-2.
A Jess Broadrick own goal was added to by a debut effort from Hannah Luke as Celtic took all three points back to Glasgow.
Celtic are a point off SWPL leaders Rangers while Aberdeen, sixth, have four points from five games.
