Cristiano Ronaldo has the ball in the back of the net but the flag is quickly up for offside. A VAR check confirms the decision and that's the final action of the first half.

Michael Olise charges forward with France attacking four versus three but Mateo Kovacic brings him down. Kovacic is rightly booked, but that stopped a dangerous looking France attack.
Spain 1-0 Netherlands (3-2 agg)
Is that the third time an attack has ended because Mikel Oyarzabal is offside? The Spain forward has got to do better there.
Germany 2-0 Italy (4-1 agg)
Oh now Italy decide to start playing as Sandro Tonali sends a decent strike just over.

The pacy Jeremie Frimpong is causing Marc Cucurella all sorts of problems down the right side.
The Netherlands have really settled well after falling behind early on.

What a way to level the tie.
Bruno Fernandes sends a corner in, Cristiano Ronaldo can't reach it with his head but Joachim Andersen can and he sends it over the top of Kasper Schmeichel and into his own net.

Not sure what Gianluigi Donnarumma is doing. He's complaining to the referee about something and goes wandering off his line. Germany send the ball in from a corner and Jamal Musiala volleys into the empty goal.

Not great, but they won't care, they're going through to the semi-finals as things stand.

Elsewhere in the Nations League play-offs, Bulgaria lead the Republic of Ireland 1-0 at the Aviva Stadium.

Belgium are also taking on Ukraine in the play-offs and after half an hour it's goalless. Ukraine lead 3-1 on aggregate.
