Archer looked dangerous and he made the breakthrough on 32 minutes when Kvistgaarden carelessly gave the ball away just outside his own area and Ross Stewart fed the former Aston Villa forward to curl home a left-footed shot into the far corner.
Ryan Manning then bent a beautiful pass into the path of Fraser to make it 2-0 on 62 minutes and end the match as a contest.
Matsuki added a superb third nine minutes from time with a 25-yard screamer to register his first Saints goal in his third appearance.
