    Group D: Winner of France/Croatia, Ukraine

    Group E: Winner of Spain/Netherlands, Turkey

    Group F: Winner of Portugal/Denmark, Hungary

    Group G: Loser of Spain/Netherlands, Poland

    Group H: Austria, Romania

    Group I: Loser of Germany/Italy, Norway

    Group J: Belgium, WALES

    Group K: ENGLAND, Serbia

    Group L: Loser of France/Croatia, Czech Republic

  6. Czech Republic are the final team out in Pot Two.

    They join the loser of France v Croatia in Group L.

  7. Serbia are next out and they join England in Group K.

    I seem to remember a fairly big day in the not too distant past between those two...
