AFC Wimbledon have only lost two of their seven matches against Crawley in the EFL (W4 D1), although both of those defeats have come in home games (2-5 in October 2011 and 0-1 in March 2023).
Crawley won 5-2 in their first ever EFL meeting with Wimbledon back in 2011, netting more goals that day than they have in their six league meetings since then (4).
AFC Wimbledon have lost each of their last five midweek games (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in League Two, having won three in a row beforehand.
After their 2-0 win over Gillingham on Boxing Day, Crawley will be aiming to win consecutive midweek games (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) away from home in the EFL for the first time since March 2012.
