This will be the first ever Football League meeting between Stevenage and Derby County.
Derby are unbeaten in each of their last eight league games against newly promoted sides (W6 D2), while on the road they’ve won six of their last seven such games (D1).
Since the start of last season, only Leyton Orient (18) have kept more clean sheets in home Football League games than Stevenage (17), who have done so in their last two such games (W1 D1).
Since their relegation to League One in 2022, only once have Derby lost successive away league games, doing so between February/March last season (run of three).
