We Lucy Bronze her limping at the end of that second half. I'm not sure what it is, maybe her right knee. She looks really uncomfortable and stressed.

My heart goes out to her, she has been an absolute hero in this tournament.

The Lionesses put in such a shift each and every game collectively. They run through brick walls for each other. Don't get enough credit for that.

Watching on the edge of my seat, trying to decide if I enjoy watching England. It's thrilling stuff but not sure I can sustain the anxiety and adrenaline for another 30 minutes. Come on Lionesses!

It's just the mentality that's so clear and obvious. [Chloe Kelly] is ready for whatever the team needs and I think that's the attitude is spot on. Coming on in the first half is a hard thing to do but she came into it and made an impact. That was a pinpoint cross onto Russo's head. She's playing a lot tonight and showing up for England.

What a 45 minutes. I think because England have been a bit more comfortable in possession and making Spain work to get the ball back.

Now, England's back line are in and around the half way line where we want them to be, we've had a little bit more control and pressed a little bit more aggressively and made Spain really work for it.

This is the fifth of the seven knockout games to have gone to extra time in Switzerland, with two of them so far going to penalties.

England have been involved in three of these mammoth matches, and have become the first nation to play three extra-time matches in one tournament.

Only three previous finals have gone to extra-time: in 1991 when Germany beat Norway 3-1, in 2001 when Germany beat Sweden 1-0, and in 2022, when Chloe Kelly scored to give England a 2-1 win over Germany.
