On the half-hour, Davis Keillor-Dunn did well to win the ball back high up the pitch and managed to let fly, but his effort was dragged wide of a post.
Niall Ennis ran onto a curled through ball on the hour and the forward tried to get his effort away, but Jack Shepherd put his body on the line to stop the shot.
Albie Morgan did well to bring down a high ball in the final five minutes and unleashed a thunderous strike from the edge of the box, but Cooper managed to get down quickly to parry it away.
In the last seconds of the game, Brown collected the ball on the edge of the area and calmly slotted it into the bottom corner.
