Although this will be the second competitive match between the two sides this season, after a 1-1 League Cup second round draw in August (Bradford progressed on penalties), Bradford and Wrexham last faced in League Two back in January 2008, drawing 1-1.
Wrexham last visited Valley Parade in League Two in August 2007, losing 2-1 to Bradford City under Brian Carey.
Bradford City have won both of their last two league games since Mark Hughes left the club. Since the start of last season, only in September 2022 and March 2023 have the Bantams had a run of three straight league wins.
Since losing 5-3 to MK Dons on MD1, Wrexham have lost just one of their last 12 league matches (W6 D5). The Red Dragons are looking to win back-to-back away matches in League Two for the first time since April 2007.
