  1. Postpublished at 15:15 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December

    Coleraine 0-0 Ballymena United

First corner of the game goes to Coleraine.

  2. Postpublished at 15:14 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December

    Coleraine 0-0 Ballymena United

Oisin Devlin tries his luck from distance but his low right foot effort goes harmlessly past Rory Brown's far post.

  3. Postpublished at 15:14 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December

    Larne 0-0 Carrick Rangers

Andy Ryan is almost in on the Carrick goal as he beats Luke McCullough in a sprint but he takes a heavy touch and Rangers keeper Ross Glendinning is quickly off his line to smother the danger.

  4. Postpublished at 15:13 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December

    Glentoran 0-0 Linfield

Some lovely footwork from Jordan Jenkins who skips past his man before letting fly with his left foot.

The Glentoran striker drags his effort wide, but it's the hosts who are begging to look the more likely going forward.

In saying that, there still haven't been any clear-cut chances for either side.

  5. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:13 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December

    Dungannon Swifts 0-0 Loughgall

Early, and deserved, yellow card for Loughgall's Robbie Norton, who came crashing into Leo Alves after he had played the ball.

  6. Postpublished at 15:12 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December

    Larne 0-0 Carrick Rangers

Larne's first chance of the game and it's an absolute golden one.

Carrick defender Luke McCullough dithers in dealing with a long ball forward and Matty Lusty nips in to pinch possession and bear down on Ross Glendinning but he can't get enough purchase on his attempted lob and the Rangers keeper saves easily.

  7. 'Linfield have started well'published at 15:12 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December

    Glentoran 0-0 Linfield

    Liam Beckett
    Sportsound summariser

I think Linfield have started well - they've had the majority of possession so far. The Glens have been that bit slow to start.

  8. CLOSE!published at 15:12 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December

    Glenavon 0-0 Portadown

Michael O'Connor flicks the ball on for Chris Atherton, who finds the unmarked Peter Campbell in the box. However the winger's resulting shot is blocked.

Clever build-up play from the Lurgan Blues there.

  9. Postpublished at 15:10 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December

    Crusaders 0-0 Cliftonville

There must be something in the air in North Belfast this afternoon as Kieran Offord is the latest to try a long-distance lob but his also goes awry.

  10. Postpublished at 15:10 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December

    Larne 0-0 Carrick Rangers

Carrick's Danny Gibson seizes upon a loose ball and - we've seen this script before - tries his luck from long-range with keeper Rohan Ferguson well off his line.

Unlike a couple of memorable occasions from last season, the striker's effort is off-target this time.

  11. Postpublished at 15:09 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December

    Glentoran 0-0 Linfield

The opening 10 minutes at the Oval has produced no chances at all at either end.

Fairly scrappy affair so far with a lot of battles in midfield and long balls forward.

  12. Postpublished at 15:09 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December

    Coleraine 0-0 Ballymena United

Matthew Shevlin again looking threatening but he is denied by former team-mate Stephen O'Donnell who reads his intentions perfectly and snuffs out the danger.

  13. Postpublished at 15:08 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December

    Larne 0-0 Carrick Rangers

Carrick's corner count rises to six in the opening eight minutes.

From the most recent of them, Seanan Clucas blasts a shot over the bar.

Larne will be glad of the relief of being able to clear their lines - they have been pinned back in their own territory virtually since kick-off.

  14. Postpublished at 15:08 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December

    Crusaders 0-0 Cliftonville

Joe Gormley tries a very Gormley-esque lob after a long ball from Jonny Addis but miscues with Jonny Tuffey out of position.

  15. Postpublished at 15:07 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December

    Glenavon 0-0 Portadown

Josh Ukek finds himself in a shooting position but the last men back for Glenavon are able to deal with the threat.

  16. Postpublished at 15:07 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December

    Coleraine 0-0 Ballymena United

A first sight of goal for Matthew Shevlin, set free in behind the Ballymena defence by a clever pass from Connor Murray.

Daithi McCallion does brilliantly to get back and get his tackle in just as Shevlin shapes to shoot.

Comfortable take for Sean O'Neill in the Ballymena goal.

  17. Postpublished at 15:05 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December

    Larne 0-0 Carrick Rangers

Carrick force three corners in the opening minutes at Inver Park.

They come to nothing but it's an encouraging opening for Stephen Baxter's men.

  18. Postpublished at 15:04 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December

    Coleraine 0-0 Ballymena Utd

Cool defending from Coleraine captain Lyndon Kane, who chests the ball back to his keeper Rory Brown following a Sean Brown cross to the back post.

Nothing in the way of chances for either side in these early stages.

  19. Postpublished at 15:04 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December

    Crusaders 0-0 Cliftonville

Rory Hale tries an audacious volley from the left corner of the box as he lets Micheal Glynn's thrown drop over his shoulder.

It doesn't trouble Jonny Tuffey though as it drifts away.

  20. Postpublished at 15:04 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December

    Glenavon 0-0 Portadown

Gary Thompson's shot is blocked before Ryan Mayse tries to recycle the danger, but his cross into the box is collected by Mark Byrne.

It's been a lively start to the game at Mourneview.
