Bayern Munich and Arsenal will be progressing from Group C, but we don't yet know who will win the group. Manchester City are also through from Group D and Barcelona are 99.9% certain to join them. The only thing that could stop them is a 10-0 loss to Hammarby today, which isn't going to happen.

If both City and Barcelona win today then they have a shootout at the Estadi Olimpic in Spain next Wednesday to decide top spot. If both sides finish level on points then it goes to head-to-head and City currently have the advantage after they recorded a 2-0 home win over Barca back in October.

We have action in Group C and Group D of the Women's Champions League tonight and this is the schedule.

Group C - Bayern Munich v Juventus, Valerenga v Arsenal (both 17:45 GMT).

Group D - Hammarby v Barcelona, Manchester City v St Polten (both 20:00 GMT).
