Thank you for everything Starman. You and the core group of boys under Wilder, watching at the lane from L1 to battling for Europe, gave me memories that will last a lifetime. Always so kind to take the time to chat when I’ve bumped into you outside the Lane (or seen you on Eccy Road having a beer with your mates!) - top, top human being. You’ll be sorely missed and always will be my number 2! Rest in peace George

George Baldock always demonstrated the same attitude and effort whether we were winning promotion, chasing down a Champions League spot, or in one of our difficult relegation seasons from the Premier League. He played with the same passion, dedication and determination that any fan would do if they had the opportunity to play for their club, and that's why he will go down as a legend at Bramall Lane. RIP George.

I remember watching George Baldock come through our ranks at MK Dons. His goal at Swindon away in 2014 and subsequent celebration showed the passion he had not only for MK but for football in general, he loved the game and he took that passion to every club he represented. He was one of our own, and one of our best. RIP.
