Nottingham Forest are ready for penalties if their semi-final goes all the way.
Forest have already beaten Exeter and Ipswich in shoot-outs to reach the last four.
Goalkeeper Matz Sels saved Reece Cole's penalty against Exeter before stopping the Tractor Boys' decisive spot kick from Jack Taylor in the fifth round.
The squad have been practicing penalties for a number of weeks after training with boss Nuno Espirito Santo recognising the importance.
"We (have) already started preparing our penalties, the players take their time and focus because it can be decisive. It's not about luck, it's about being accurate," he said.
"It's impossible (to replicate Wembley), we try to replicate as close as possible. The players take the walks, take the ball in their hands and do what they have to do - but we cannot make the noise.
"It's the best way for the players to try to do it during the week, not only for one day we have been having this approach.
"They have their time to miss, to do it right. It's to make the player as comfortable as possible when they face the situation.
"It's the player, the moment of focus, fatigue for many of them. You have to replicate it after a hard training session when you are more tired and want to go inside."
