    Visitors Ballymena United struck the front five minutes into the second half when Calvin McCurry got on the end of a quickly taken Ben Kennedy free-kick to score.

    Crusaders kept going and were rewarded for their efforts a minute from time when top scorer Fraser Bryden held his nerve to score from the penalty spot following a handball inside the box.

    So, a point apiece at the end of what turned out to be an entertaining game.
