Crystal Palace match-winner Eberechi Eze speaking to BBC Match of the Day:

"This is special, I don't even know what to say. Thank God, only God could do this.

"Facing the team that's been the best in the world for years, to show that type of spirit and energy... only God.

On the counter-attack that he finished off:

"I couldn't breathe! City keep the ball so well, you have to work so hard to get anything from them. When you get in their box you have to make the chance count.

"I've come a long way. To be in this position now - it's hard to use the right words here."

You have to give credit to Steve Parish, he was getting stick about a year ago and he stood by what he does.

Mainly it has to go to the manager and the players, though. They have been incredible.

    I'm a bit emotional. It's a special time.

I know what this club has been through - I was there when they going through administration.

Palace aren't a big club but they are going to Europe and that might mean they can keep hold of one or two of their gems.

Crystal Palace's players head up to collect their FA Cup medals.

    They look buzzing.

So many brilliant individual storylines in there. Not least the manager Oliver Glasner, who had to cut his playing career short because of a serious head injury.

And has now guided Palace to a first ever major trophy. After a terrible start to the season. They are moments away from getting their hands on the trophy.

Manchester City's players are heading up towards the Royal Box to collect their runners-up medals. Most of their fans have left the national stadium. This is the first time since 2016-17 they have finished a season without a trophy.

Will they secure a top-five finish they need to qualify for next season's Champions League?

    They, understandably, look dejected.

What is next for Pep Guardiola's City? A rebuild? A change? Who knows.

City went trophy less in 2016-17 in Guardiola's first season in charge but that is the only time they have done so under the Spaniard.

The City boss offers his congratulations to Palace owner Steve Parrish.

So happy for Palace. Today and in their history. This is so so deserved. They could've won in the 1990s. Now winners. Yes! Brilliant effort, brilliant result. Against City too. So so pleased for the Palace players"

"I knew I would save it."

On VAR decision for handling the ball outside the box: "The ball carried into my box and I knew it was fine - who cares?"

On dedicating the game to his father: "I lost my dad at the start of the season, but he was with me today.

"He was with me every kick of the game.

"I dedicate that win to him."
