AFC Wimbledon have won all of their three league games against Colchester United, scoring two goals in each victory.
This is only Colchester’s second league visit to AFC Wimbledon, losing the other 2-1 last season under Matt Bloomfield.
After facing Oxford in their final league game in each year between 2019 and 2021 – losing all three – AFC Wimbledon now face Colchester for a second year in a row, winning 2-1 last year.
Colchester haven’t ended the calendar year with a league win since 2016 against Stevenage (D4 L2 since then).
