Having climbed Wales' biggest mountain, Wilkinson now turns attention to the three peaks which await in Euro 2025 Group D - the Netherlands, France and England.

There are just 16 days to go until Wales start their campaign against the Dutch.

We'll bring you all the build-up to the tournament via the BBC Sport Wales website and our social media channels, plus BBC television and radio of course.

But for the time being, thanks for joining us this morning.

There are no real surprises in the squad. I think Rhian Wilkinson has gone with experience which is very wise, we need all the experience we can get.

We know what we are capable of doing and we have to go out and enjoy it.

I think Rhian has definitely rewarded the players that have contributed in the last 18 months, and I think that's fair.

I'm super excited for Switzerland, let's go Cymru!

Wales are one of 16 teams will compete at the Euros, so there is plenty of football to watch this summer.

Wales will be hoping to emulate Chris Coleman's class of 2016, who were unfancied at the outset having ended a long wait to reach a tournament and then went all the way to the semi-finals in France.

Could Rhian Wilkinson's players do something similar? It's a big ask, but you never know in football...

For the time being, the full focus will be on the group stages.

But, for the dreamers among us, here are the full fixture dates, right the way up to the final.

Group stage Matchday 1: 2–5 July

Group stage Matchday 2: 6–9 July

Group stage Matchday 3: 10–13 July

    Quarter-finals: 16–19 July

    Semi-finals: 22–23 July

    Final: 27 July

As well as the 23 players, Rhiannon Roberts has revealed, there will be a teddy on the plane to Switzerland.

The defender's new teddy has also scaled Yr Wyddfa this morning.

"My nain (grandmother) got me a little mascot teddy to take me on tour to the Euros - with the number five stitched on the back," Roberts said.

"So I need to get a picture on the summit with my mascot!"

  11. 'Good culture' in Wales camp - Robertspublished at 10:38 British Summer Time

Rhiannon Roberts is also at Yr Wyddfa and speaking to the BBC.

She has echoed Rhian Wilkinson by hailing the blend of players in the 23-strong party heading to Euro 2025.

"We've got a really good group of more experienced players and then the younger players," the defender said.

"I think, together, as a whole, we've got a really good togetherness, a good mix and a good culture.

"I think everyone's just looking forward to the journey."

The one-hour programme tells the extraordinary journey of Welsh women’s football, culminating in their historic qualification for Uefa Women’s Euro 2025.

There has been no sneak preview of that I can tell you about, but it should be a belter.

  13. 'Why not compete with the best?'published at 10:33 British Summer Time

Here is some more from Olivia Clark, who says Wales are not thinking about their group game against England on 13 July yet.

The first assignment for Wales is the Netherlands on 5 July, before another big test against France four days later.

"I think we're genuinely just thinking about the first game," Clark said.

"We know we've got a tough group but we wouldn't want it any other way.

"We're going to a major tournament for the first time so why not do it against the best?

"I think we'll just think about the first game. We've got a camp next week and then all eyes on the first game against the Netherlands."

  14. 'It's all starting to sink in' - Clarkpublished at 10:31 British Summer Time

Olivia Clark is at the summit of Yr Wyddfa and is speaking to BBC Sport.

"It's crazy how quickly it's come around. We qualified six months ago," the goalkeeper said.

  17. Postpublished at 10:24 British Summer Time

    Helen Ward
    Former Wales striker

Wales will be the underdogs at the Euros and maybe that can play to their advantage.

There are no expectations outside of that group but they will carry that pressure into the tournament.

As soon as they break from the anthems and go to kick-off, I think they'll be in full game mode and block out all the noise that surrounds them.

  18. Snaps from the summitpublished at 10:22 British Summer Time

In Wales we have around 100,000 boys playing football and around 20,000 girls.

When I was in school football wasn't an option, but that is changing now.

When you go to schools young girls are given the opportunity to play football. It is changing.
