Well, that was a wee bit surprising eh?

Talbot not ticking yet, Cumnock in control.

Pretty tame first half in all honesty.

Lee Roulston's terrific glancing header has the hosts ahead at the break, though.

Talbot have probably had more of the ball but they're yet to do much with it.

Connor Boyd has a decent opening to blast low at goal from inside the box, but it's well blocked.

Probably Talbot's best chance of the game so far.

Once again, Talbot think they're getting somewhere in the final third, but Andrew McDonald slides in to quell the danger for the visitors.

A solid defensive display so far for Cumnock.

Cumnock captain Robbie Buchanan has now had to change his top twice due to blood gushing onto it from a nasty head wound.

He's also sporting a big white bandage wrapped around his head.

That's what we were promised tonight after all...

It's all Talbot now, they're just not doing much with it.

Plenty of crosses and long balls forward, but nothing is sticking.

They've changed shape and now have two central strikers, which seems to have helped them progress the ball into the final third a bit better, at least.

He powers down the line and manages to dig out an enticing cross, but no-one's there to get on the end of it.

Decent chance for Talbot to whip the ball in from a free-kick on the left-hand side.

It's dealt with by the visitors and lobbed in again by the hosts, but again, it's no real trouble.

Luke Gillies gathers on the left and drives forward, but a superb sliding challenge from Jamie Conn stops his shot from troubling Cumnock keeper Blair Currie.

Goalscorer Lee Roulston rattles one from the edge of the area but Talbot captain Neil McPherson manages to lunge in and block it.
