Sophia Martin and Kaela McDonald-Nguah each scored twice as Montrose secured their first win of the SWPL season with a 4-1 victory at Motherwell.

Martin's two goals sandwiched McDonald-Nguah's from a corner to give the visitors a 3-0 lead at half time.

Motherwell midfielder Sophie Black pulled one back two minutes into the second half, before McDonald-Nguah added a second.

The victory comes after a 10-player Montrose suffered a tough 6-1 defeat at home at the hands of Rangers last week.
