This has been the story of the last few weeks.

  5. Postpublished at 15:38 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Burton 1-0 Exeter

Much, much better period of play from the Grecians.

Moments later, Ilmari Niskanen has an effort blocked before Kevin McDonald scuffs an effort wide.

    The league leaders lead.

    Impressive stuff from the teen.

    Harrogate 0-0 Walsall

    Adam Cottier
    BBC Sport

The wind is causing havoc here with passes not going where they are intended to go, especially when the balls are in the air.

    Port Vale 0-0 Carlisle

Darren Moore made five changes to his squad for this game but one of the ones to stay in the line-up was Ryan Croasdale.

  19. Postpublished at 15:17 Greenwich Mean Time 21 December

    Burton 1-0 Exeter

Billy Bodin is full of confidence after that free-kick and he almost has a second.

He sends over a wicked in-swinging corner and Joe Whitworth has to be alert to tip it over his bar - he didn't want to do what Altay Bayindir did for Manchester United against Spurs on Thursday night and concede straight from a corner.

    Harrogate 0-0 Walsall

Things are just settling in the tie against Harrogate and Walsall.

Saddlers defender Taylor Allen curls in a corner cross and connects with Harry Williams' head.
